1. Who we are
Signature Shifters provides man-with-a-van, removals and transport services from Bradford, West Yorkshire, across the UK. This policy explains what personal data we collect through signatureshifters.com and how we use it.

2. Data we collect
- Enquiry data — whatever you tell us when you contact us: name, phone number, address and moving details. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- Analytics data — pages visited, device type, browser, approximate location and referral source, collected through Google Analytics 4 (section 4).
3. Cookies & consent
We use one category of optional cookies: analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4. They tell us which pages are useful and how visitors find us. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not sell your data to advertisers.

We only set these cookies if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Reject" — or ignore the banner — no analytics cookies are stored and Google Analytics runs without cookies (aggregate, anonymised counts only).
Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer, or by clearing cookies and using your browser's privacy controls.
4. Google Analytics
Google processes analytics data on our behalf, as our data processor. We have set the data retention period to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Google LLC is based in the USA; transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual clauses. See Google's privacy policy.
5. Hosting & security
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes site traffic (including IP addresses and request logs) to deliver and protect the site.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiry data: as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards only if you become a customer (for record-keeping).
- Analytics data: 14 months, then automatically deleted by Google.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time (via Cookie Settings or your browser settings). To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 1.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date shown above.
